This one-bedroom, fully furnished flat is located in the resort of Benal Beach in Benamadena Costa, about 20 minutes south of Malaga.  The flat features a lounge (sofabed, satellite Tv), a kitchenette (microwave, fridge, cutlery and crockery, coffee-maker, iron and board), a bathroom (hairdryers available on request), a bedroom with double bed, a patio/balcony.

The Kingfisher club has a huge swimming pool with bar, a cafeteria, a pub, a convenience store, gift shop. There is also a gymnasium with sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi and heated hydrotherapy pool.  The reception staffed 24/7.  

The beach is across the road.  The town, with lots of shops, bars, nightlife, casino and restaurants, is minutes away.  Tennis, marina (1km), horse riding, golf (2 km).

£300 a week.
Price includes utilities, parking, use of pool.  Also included is a weekly cleaning service, with change of towels and linen.

Air conditioning costs an extra 30 euros for the week, to be paid at reception.

Use of the gym/sauna is not included in the rental price but guests get a 20% discount.
